Chef Craig received his Culinary Arts degree from Johnson & Wales University. He was awarded the Silver Key Award and has been cooking professionally since 1978.
A Word From Craig:
I grew up in the kitchen; and years ago, a friend handed me some beef and asked me what I would do with it. I put together a blend of spices and decided to cook off a batch of jerky. Friends came out of the woodwork for a sample. Needless to say, they wanted more and convinced me to provide my Jerky to other Jerky Lovers. This positive response & demand, led to months of research and planning. Chef Craig’s Beef Jerky became available on October 1, 2011. Today, I am pleased to inform you that Chef Craig’s Beef Jerky is also available at a number of locations. Check our local distributors for a place near you.
